It's worth staying here if you want shops, bars, and food within reach. Being near CCLEX also puts SM Seaside and 1000 Roses just minutes away. The water is the one issue, though it's manageable since you can buy some outside.

At night I could hear motorbikes from the street because the place is so close to it. The aircon was loud, and the tap water wasn't clean.

We've stayed here twice, and it's been good so far. The facilities are clean and the room smells fresh. The amenities are nice, except the television didn't work. God bless ❤️

Good value for the price. The room had plenty of space, and the bed was firm but comfortable. The shower heater worked well, though the water pressure kept changing.

We had a family room for the night, and it was clean, air conditioned, and comfortable. They only provide bath towels, with no shampoo or soap if you haven't brought your own. The blankets are also too thin, so the room can get freezing when the air conditioning is on and the surroundings are cold. People will make use of the air conditioning, so I hope they can provide thicker blankets. Still, it's a nice place to stay, and my friends stayed another night because it was affordable.
