The area is bigger than Saekyung in Looc. It’s a good location if you want to stay away from the City while keeping easy access to the beach. The downsides are heavy traffic at peak times and noise from the water truck that comes every single hour, along with some unit renovations.
The place itself is clean and calm, with guards, though the pools are dirty. There are empty places nearby, and it’s close to the beach side and the airport. Everything is closed. Lots of food options, and camp food isn’t far. Delivery is easy, and getting around is easy too. One of the best places to stay in Cebu, even though I hate this dirty pile of chaos.
I’ve been living here for 3 months and so far it’s a nice place, with a friendly neighborhood, a wide pool, and plenty of parking. It’s perfect for a staycation. Super pet-friendly too, and my baby dog has made lots of friends.
I’d give it 5 stars in every aspect. Highly recommend staying here.
