Field Residences Building 3 was clean throughout, and the strict security team helped keep it safe. We had a good experience, and found it orderly and well managed. The units have a bedroom and are comfortable for a small family. There are clear rules about modifications: owners can make changes, but need approval from the building administration. Visitors can only drop passengers at the front. There’s no visitor parking in the valley or in owner-assigned spaces, so SM Hypermart nearby is the best place to look for parking. The pools are excellent. Owners can use them for free, while visitors need the owner’s consent and must pay a fee.

The distance is a pain. It’s the building farthest from the entrance. You need to buy a shuttle slip to ride the shuttle, and can’t pay on board. The admin office is only open for half a day on weekends.

The building still isn’t fully finished. After an earthquake, cracks appeared on the wall and were especially obvious on the balcony. We also had leaks from the toilet ceiling. The unit upstairs was being repaired, and some pipes had broken, letting water come down into our unit. Water got into the toilet light, exhaust, and socket, so none of them worked. It’s been two months and it still hasn’t been fixed.

The staff were kind and ready to help, and the place felt clean and safe. A nice spot to stay.
