The view from the rooftop of Mayon Volcano was stunning, and it was a lovely spot to relax. Malls and galaan were super close and within walking distance. The place was clean, the showers and comfort rooms were tidy, and they collected the garbage every day, which we appreciated. We had an amazing 10/10 stay at JDL Residences Hostel. Ms. Summer, the owner, was kind, easy to talk to, and fun, and she even suggested great places to visit. The staff, especially the kuyas, were always friendly and ready to help. Those approachable, fun kuyas made our stay extra memorable.

When we got stranded during the typhoon, JDL Residences went beyond its usual service and even cooked rice for us. They were well prepared for emergencies, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. The accommodations were outstanding, and the rooftop had a beautiful view of Mayon Volcano. Great service and view at a very affordable price. I'd give them eleven stars if I could!

The rooms and shared shower area were clean, and the staff paid attention to what we needed. This was the only hostel that accommodated us before the typhoon. They provided hot water and had solar-powered generators so we could charge our phones.

The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of the beautiful Mayon volcano. This is a nice hostel close to central Legazpi, and the staff were nice too. WiFi was a bit slow sometimes, but you're not there for the WiFi anyway ;) I can recommend staying here!

Mayon from the rooftop was what made my stay memorable. I'd get up at 5am, take my coffee upstairs, and just look at it for an hour or two. The location is also convenient, 3-5 min from SM Legazpi and accessible to all locations. Ms. Summer was very accommodating, and staff were easy to find whenever I needed something. I plan to come back again on June this year.
