There’s a fast food place across the street that opens early, and the tricycle terminal beside the church is easy to reach. Inside, though, the room was dirty. The towels hadn’t been changed, the linens looked very old, and there was no toilet paper. You also have to ask for slippers, since none are provided. The WiFi and TV weren’t working, and the AC took ages to cool the room. The window looks straight at a wall, and it gets hot, so keeping it closed is better. Shower water drained poorly and the pressure was weak. The lobby is small, with old chairs. There’s no elevator, so don’t bring a huge suitcase. Online booking seems cheaper than paying as a walk-in.

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. The room was ugly, with pink walls and an awful interior design, and the bed was dirty. You only get tissues if you ask. There was no Wi-Fi, the TV didn’t work, and the emergency light was broken. They also don’t take GCash. The facility needs major improvements, and the customer service needs to be much better. I wouldn’t stay here again for the price.

Being close to Robinsons mall is a real plus, just a three minute walk, and the main road is handy for commuters since most jeepneys pass by. There’s no parking, though. I came in alone at 5am on a Friday and was lucky to get a room. They offer either a 12 or 24 hour stay instead of fixed check-in times like 12nn to 2pm. There are only stairs, but the security guard was happy to carry my suitcase up, and the front desk staff were accommodating even at that hour. For the price, I think it’s a good deal, despite understanding the negative reviews here. The room was spacious, and both the AC and hot shower worked fine. I had no complaints.

It wasn’t a good hotel experience. The staff and front desk weren’t friendly, rooms aren’t cleaned unless you ask, and they don’t provide drinking water. There’s no parking, elevator, or windows with a view. Beds were left around the hallway. I may not have asked, but I wasn’t given a receipt. They wanted another 200php for my child without providing an extra bed, which also costs 200php. You’re not allowed to bring wine or alcohol without paying corkage.
