The hotel is clean and in a quiet subdivision, very close to the public market and SM. My only issue was that I couldn’t figure out how to use the heater.

The hot water was still cold even after I complained and they tried to fix it. The rooms are a little old, but very clean and there was no mold. It’s close to SM mall and Lipa city’s transit hub.
We stayed an extra night because we liked it so much, and this will be our regular place in Lipa for shopping and my hospital visits. My wife is hard to please, but she found it good too. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and parking was in a secure garage. It felt quiet at night, without jeepneys or tricycles, even though the hotel is in a subdivision just a block from the main road to SM City mall and Robinsons. S&R and more big-name restaurants than I could count are nearby. We visited St Padro Pio Shire the next morning before heading home. We were very pleased and surprised by the value and service, and we’ll be back!
The room was comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. Breakfast was included, and they didn’t skimp on it. Dulli Transient House in Lipa Batangas is inside a subdivision, so it feels safer. Thank you, Dulli Transient House.
The staff were helpful and the service felt like good value for the money. We were hiking to Mt Manabu, which is pretty close to Lipa City. For dinner, I’d recommend Gastro Publiko, which has live music.
