Ouans The Farm Resort Lucena City

The place looked nice, but the service wasn’t. We came for morning training and the pool cleaner acted like he owned the place and was disrespectful.

The resort was nice, with clean rooms and a clean pool, though it was under construction during our visit and the weather wasn’t great. There are activities like rock wall climbing, and the last I heard, they also had a zip line. I’d like to know whether any of the old cottages have been repaired. More pools for kids would be good.

The restaurant’s food is reasonably priced, and the trees are the one thing I really liked. The place itself was okay, but I wouldn’t suggest staying overnight or longer because the rooms and common areas weren’t maintained well. Our shower and toilet flush were broken, the bunk beds had no way to climb up, the TV didn’t work, and there was a cockroach. When I raised it with management, they just smiled and said they were fully booked.

My family and I enjoyed our stay, especially the Summer Carnival event. The room was very nice, Wi-Fi was fast, and staff were cordial and helpful. Prices were reasonable, too. I’d suggest selling souvenirs. I collect refrigerator magnets and would’ve liked one from Ouans Farm.
