I spent nine quarantine days here, Jan 14-22, 2022. The staff were friendly and hospitable, and I liked the food. The dishes changed throughout my stay and never repeated. The place itself was very nice. The ants in my room were the one thing that bothered me. They were already there when I arrived, maybe they were quarantining too 😉. Still, the stay wasn't bad for a quarantine facility.
It was fine for a two-day, one-night stay, and there are convenience stores like Uncle john and 7/11 within walking distance. You're also near the highway and a waiting shed where you can catch a jeepney or taxi, or book Grab to clark global city. The accommodation was nice, but had several issues. The door knob was broken, so we had to use the window instead. There was no shower heater, and even with the sink heater turned to max, the water stayed cold. Shampoo was missing, though conditioner and body wash were there. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, blankets, and pillows were incomplete, and the TV didn't work.
We paid by credit card for a booking through Agoda, then discovered the hotel wasn't affiliated with Agoda and had to go through the hassle of requesting a refund. The worst part was finding out the hotel was being used as a Covid19 quarantine facility for returning OFW's.
It was nice apart from a couple of problems: the WiFi was out and the cable wasn't activated.
The room was spacious, with big windows, and felt very comfortable for quarantine.
