We booked late at night because we were traveling at midnight and needed somewhere near our morning plans. I called ahead to confirm we were still coming, and staff opened the place for us and checked the booking name. We appreciated that they accepted a late reservation. Our room was at the end of the first floor. There was WiFi, a working AC, a refrigerator, rice cooker, and basic kitchen items, though we didn't need the kitchen things. The room had only one small trash bin in the CR, which we filled with our snack wrappers. They gave us a towel each, but there was no soap or other basic toiletries. The water pressure was very weak, the sink was dirty, and two cockroaches were in the shower until we called kuya to remove them. At least the AC gave us a few hours of rest. It was easy to book a Grab from there since the location pin was accurate.

LJENJ felt cozy and home-like, and having a fridge, plates, and utensils made the affordable stay even better. The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating. Big thanks to Kuya Jojo for making things comfortable and stress-free. I extended my stay and offered to pay right away, but the owner said I could pay the next day when I was able. I really appreciated that. I had nowhere to stay in Pampanga and was glad to find this place. I'd happily come back when I can, and recommend it to family and friends. Thanks, LJENJ, for the hospitality.

After I booked through Grab, the unfriendly staff said there were no rooms available and angrily told me, “Wala akong magagawa riyan!” I asked for a refund, but Agoda said it wasn't refundable under the hotel policy. Don't take online bookings if you can't accommodate them.

Pretty basic and average, so three stars from me. It has free WiFi, AC, and a mini fridge. It wasn't the cleanest place, but it didn't gross me out.

The room wasn't maintained well, and the air conditioner was really noisy. The location is good, and the rate is very cheap, so you get what you pay for.
