The rooftop has a nice, relaxing vibe, though mornings can get pretty hot up there. Our room was clean and well kept, and there are plenty of amenities. The staff were accommodating, and the hotel felt quiet, which made it a comfortable spot for a short, peaceful break. I had a wonderful stay at The Glory Hotel & Residence.

At 10pm, I called internationally to ask Sales and Marketing Manager Jopeth Rodriguez to help get medication to my brother, who had checked in earlier that day and suddenly developed a high fever. Within five minutes, it had been delivered to his room. Truly amazing service from Jopeth and the Team at The Glory Hotel! Thumbs up!! 👍👍👍🙏🙏🙏⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed four days, and despite asking several times, housekeeping never followed through. They didn’t replace our towels or toilet paper, or fix anything. The place looks great, but they seem not to care about housekeeping for guests. It had ghost town vibes, even the housekeeping felt like a ghost.

The rooms are big and basically okay, and the pool is four feet deep. We were there as a place for everyone to rest after the school activity. But some basics were missing or hard to get: one bathroom had no toilet paper, and we had to call again after being told a laundry bag was in a cabinet, because it wasn’t there. The plugs are so tight that even chargers and the water heater are hard to plug in. There aren’t many TV channels either.

The rooms were neat and really spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Our family enjoyed the short stay, and it was good value for money! 🩷
