The admin is incompetent, and the process is overly complicated, which makes everything feel strict. Some guards are rude and arrogant too. There are roaches throughout the units, common areas, and elevators. Just rent another condo.

The bedsheets, pillow, and CR were clean, and the kitchen and tiny living room were okay. But the place on the 7th flr smelled like sewage. That nasty smell hits as soon as the elevator opens, and we saw one cockroach crawling around. I don't think I'll ever rtn bck to this place!
