Bennon, Michael, and Gerald made a real difference by helping us with our luggage after a long journey. They were attentive, positive, and always ready to help, which added a personal touch to the stay. The whole team was friendly and professional, and the hotel felt comfortable and welcoming throughout. I had a fantastic experience and would happily stay again. I’d highly recommend it, especially for the excellent service from these three.

The front desk team made my stay at City Garden Hotel - Makati especially memorable. Lem, Shane, Harold, and Jekuin kindly got me out of a tangled booking mistake that could have cost me a lot. I’ll spare the details, but they sorted it out. The hotel is centrally located with great views, and the rooftop bar and restaurant offer a 360-degree view. The furnishings and staff make the rooftop feel comfortable rather than formal or pricey. There’s also a gym and a restaurant with a popular, delicious breakfast. I had a tremendous time. The rooms were clean, and the mattress was firm but comfortable. The location is great, with food and entertainment easy to reach. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and security were reliable and responsible. Special thanks to Francis, Omar, and Gerald for looking after our safety and well-being.

Benson, Ariel, Jordan, Harold, and the rest of the team made the hotel feel like home. They’re awesome people who welcome guests and take good care of them. As a woman traveling alone, I felt they made sure I was safe and looked after on the way to Manila Airport. Thanks, guys. Five stars.

This is my usual place for the first few days when I visit the Philippines because it helps me settle in after traveling. The gym is great, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the service is friendly. The location is convenient, close to plenty of bars, restaurants, and clubs. Great hotel and staff.
