The parking costs ₱50 an hour, which is ridiculously expensive, even compared with most malls. The guards were rude while collecting the fee and didn’t bother directing cars as they left the parking area. I found the security guards extremely rude and clearly poorly trained, with no apparent standards in hiring. Management seems to have no concern for the customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I stayed for a week through Airbnb. It was a decent stay and the building is well made. There are plenty of local shops around, and the street seems to never sleep.

There are two kinds of rooms here. Some are Airbnb units, which are compact and not very clean; others are managed by the building and are cleaner and larger. Prices by the night or month seem average for the area. The condo sits between Makati and Manila in a walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants. The LRT station is about a 10-minute walk away.

We’re generally satisfied, and things are okay so far. Our main issues are with the room’s limited space and kitchen setup. It’s small, and being near the elevator makes it feel even tighter. The refrigerator is small too, more like one for an office than for guests needing storage. The kitchen sink is so little that washing plates takes care and time, or water spills out.

The owner is opportunistic and charges us extra for things that could easily be fixed.
