The staff at Guio Suites are generally friendly and helpful, and when housekeeping does clean, they do a thorough job. But over the past eight days, I asked reception every day around 2 or 3 pm to have my room cleaned, and it was still missed three times when I came back that night. The TVs vary from room to room, with some old or small and others newer and larger. They should be consistent. There were also lots of buzzing mosquitoes in reception; I'd suggest putting in a UV electric zapper. Still, it's a good place overall.

Such good value. I slept for more than 10 hours last night because it's very quiet, and the place was very clean. The location is great, and there's a cafe here too. Carlos, the GM, was amazing, and the whole team was great. He let me check in early and leave my bag there while I travel around. I love this place and will be back!

We loved the bacon slab with kimchi rice, and the coffee was good too. The classic spam cubes with rice were just as nice. I only went into one room, for the gantsilyo class with Teacher Angie.

There aren't many parking spots, but the staff find a way to make things work. My one issue is the internet, which can be erratic. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well serviced.

We waited 45 minutes because nobody told us we could leave after checking out. Breakfast was also forgotten, and we waited over an hour for it.
