Leez Inn Makati

The rooms were good, the location was fine, and the stay had mixed results. The main problem was communication. The front desk gave us no useful answers, and we got no replies through Booking.com or WhatsApp, which made things awkward for our group. The last person to help sorted it out at the last minute, but without that I’d have rated it 2 stars. With better communication, the value for money would have brought it up from 3 to 4. Having an unexpired deposit of P1500 per person was unpleasant when we were flying out the next day.

Things started well, but we woke up to find our luggage and clothes soaked by a leaking air conditioner. Some electronics were damaged too. The front desk wasn’t apologetic when we reported it. We asked to speak with a manager, who said it wasn’t their fault and offered no compensation. We were due to return to the hotel, and the only compensation they offered was a late checkout. Terrible place, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I was there from February 10 to February 12, 2026, and had a wonderful experience throughout my stay and interactions with the hotel. The service was outstanding and really deserves praise. Its location in the heart of Makati is very convenient.

It’s in Makati’s nightlife area, with food spots, groceries, and local places to eat close by. The price feels right for budget travelers, though there aren’t many amenities. The hotel was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there’s an elevator and limited parking. There’s a smoking area at the penthouse. You can hear some outside noise because the rooms aren’t soundproof.
