My room was much larger and cheaper than the one at my last hotel, with AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, fan, clean bathroom, kettle, and a hot shower. The rooftop view is nice too. All the bars and restaurants are close by, and Kanto freestyle resto is just a two-minute walk for a good breakfast. I've stayed in several Manila hotels, and for this price, I don't think you can do better. The Makati location is good. Highly recommended!

I stayed five nights. The room and attached bathroom looked new and clean, with a kettle, safe, fridge, cups, and spoons. The AC and hot shower worked, the Wi-Fi was strong, and the environment felt safe. Reception is open 24/7, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they didn't require a deposit. There are eateries nearby, including Hott Asia Bazaar, plus 7-11, Century City Mall, and Power Plant Mall. Jeepneys stop next door for trips to Guadalupe MRT or toward Leon Ginto. Just note there isn't a signboard outside, so look for the address, and the four-storey building has no lift.

The bed was really uncomfortable, there was no hot water in the shower, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. This was the worst experience of my trip. I'd really recommend staying away and saving yourself the trouble.

Pretty basic, but okay otherwise. The room had a strong bleach smell. They also charge 50 pesos per night for each extra pillow, even though they're thin, and the blanket is thin too.

The location made it easy to get around Manila and reach local bars. It's not too far from the airport, but not right beside it either. The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Great value for the price. There's a friendly shop next door. Take a beer up to the spectacular balcony for views across Makati.
