The area felt very safe to walk around at night, and the shopping area is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are restaurants and a family mart nearby, too. It was great value for an affordable Makati stay, with clean rooms and an easy check in process.

It’s a small condo, but feels spacious and is clean. La Perla Mansion is also close enough to walk to the Shopping Mall, and parking is easy. Highly recommended!

Staying here felt like being at home in Makati. The location was just what I wanted, and the staff were really friendly. I’m glad I picked this place, especially since I could cook my own meals.

There’s no housekeeping on certain days, and the service and management are poor. The general manager doesn’t seem to know basic courtesy. The security guards have better manners than the manager.
