It's a really nice place to live, with relatively larger units at affordable prices and wide sidewalks. The location is very good too, with food trucks, a weekend market, and malls just across the building.

I have no idea how people managed to get a reaction like that from the staff, since the negative reviews really make me laugh. Everyone is friendly, the building is very clean, and the elevators work perfectly. If you're a tenant, the services are incredible. The pool is nice, the gyms are well equipped, and the neighborhood is one of the most walkable in metro Manila.

The elevators don't seem to be working all the time, and the whole building feels neglected. The dark hallways are honestly kind of creepy. Maybe they're saving a peso by keeping the lights off, but it makes the place feel run-down. Some units are nice, though the building overall isn't.

Paid guest parking is available in the basement. There’s a 7-Eleven beside the main entrance, and food trucks set up around the Greenfield parking area. Security seems good since tenants and owners use their own RFID cards to enter, so you need to know someone inside unless you’re an Airbnb guest.

It’s peaceful living here. If you’re visiting, parking is limited to the first three basement levels, and you pay at the east lobby on the ground floor.
