We were five and had a spacious, well-kept room with a nice bed layout. The beds were comfortable, and the clean towels and toiletries were complete and neatly arranged. Disposable slippers were provided too. The toilet worked properly and was clean, and the shower was warm and pleasant. We slept well, then enjoyed a very satisfying breakfast included with the booking. There was a wide selection to suit different tastes, and the customer service was welcoming and very satisfactory.

Right in the middle of the metro, the place has a resort-like feel that makes it seem close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and nice, with a dressing room separate from the bathroom and a small dining table. Breakfast is a delicious buffet with lots of choices, and the customer service is superb. They quickly offer to call a cab if you need one. I do hope they have plans to expand the pool and jacuzzi area.

We had a room for six with lots of thoughtful amenities, and the staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to requests. The buffet had enough choices without being overwhelming, and the Spanish chocolate was delicious and hot. A nice, quiet place to relax in the middle of the city. The set menu portions are huge.

We've stayed here many times, and it's great value for families. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and smell fresh. Check-in was slow this time, but it was all worth it. My nephew loved having his own bed and getting to use the pool and jacuzzi.

6/10
The historical and cultural design stands out against the modern buildings and busy metropolis around it. The place has its own appeal, with ample rooms for short or extended stays and spaces for business or social functions. The restaurant offers varied food choices, and the atmosphere is a plus. Parking is sufficient, public transport is accessible, and malls and restaurants are close by. They could be more consistent about friendly guest interactions and respond faster to questions and requests.
