Leope Hotel

The service left us uncomfortable, especially when we arrived late at night. The front desk seemed tired and unwelcoming, and first insisted that the three rooms we had booked for our family were Standard Rooms with one queen bed, not Deluxe Twin Rooms. We had to show our Agoda confirmation to get that corrected. When we asked politely whether the hotel could offer a small gesture, perhaps breakfast, after we missed the first night because of a typhoon, the staff sounded rude and unprofessional. We understood that our booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable and accepted losing that night, but a little empathy would have helped. The rooms and bathrooms also need better upkeep. One bathroom was tiny and poorly designed, with a dusty exhaust fan that didn’t work. In another room, the shower was broken. The floors felt dusty and as if they hadn’t been mopped. A kettle wasn’t provided unless requested, and there were no slippers. The hotel seems old and in need of renovation and maintenance, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. Although the location may suit some people, the dated facilities, cleanliness problems, and poor customer service made our two-night stay disappointing. We hope management addresses this for future guests.
