This place had so many rules and charges that it took the joy out of the vacation. Guests couldn’t enter after 10pm, and outside massage therapists weren’t allowed. Extra towels cost more. The restaurant food was overpriced and horrible, many menu items weren’t available, and room service wasn’t open 24 hours. The room phone had poor reception, and the internet signal was sometimes weak. When I arrived, I had to plug in all the appliances, and there was a cockroach bait trap behind the mini refrigerator. There were cockroaches in the room, very low water pressure, and a malfunctioning safe. Housekeeping left a lot to be desired in my few interactions with them. They ignored my do not disturb sign, rang the doorbell, and woke me from a deep sleep. Staff didn’t greet me at check-in and weren’t welcoming or friendly. The hotel is in a bad area, so be careful walking alone at night. I honestly can’t recommend it. Save your money. I definitely won’t return.

The room was spacious, and the staff were hospitable and nice. Rates are cheaper than at other places. The air conditioning, though, didn’t seem to work properly.

I booked this hotel for my employees after seeing it in passing, then realized five minutes later it was on the wrong side of town from our venue. The booking was a week away and had only just been made, but they still wouldn’t show any leniency. That kind of customer service reflects poorly on the management and on the business’s mission and vision.

We arrived to a front desk that felt uninterested and unwelcoming, and the check-in process quickly became stressful. I had booked through Agoda with breakfast included, but the staff insisted it wasn’t part of the booking, even though my confirmation clearly said it was. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with Agoda disputing it. The hotel also missed the booking date. They checked us in, assigned a room, and took the deposit without verifying it, then told us we had to amend the dates ourselves and hinted we might have to pay for two nights. The mistake was theirs, but they put the responsibility on us. I’m now on another 30-minute call to fix a problem caused by poor staff training and inadequate checking. What should have been a smooth stay has brought needless stress and inconvenience. This wasn’t professional, welcoming, or guest friendly. I hope management improves hospitality and coordination, since all of this could have been avoided.
