The breakfast buffet felt underwhelming for the price. I expected more choice and better quality from a five-star hotel. Dinner from room service could have been hotter, and the presentation could have been better too. A trolley would have made it feel more like a five-star meal. We liked our corner room and its city view. It was comfortable and thoughtfully put together. The hotel has a lovely old-school charm, and the staff made us feel welcome from the start. They were friendly and attentive, and check-in and check-out both went smoothly. The service and classic feel were great, though the food could use improvement.

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Isaiah, Divine, Patricia, Kyle, and Ace at the buffet made our lunch feel like a special occasion I'll always remember. They went above and beyond, and deserve special recognition and a raise. Thank you.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the views over Manila Bay are beautiful. This classic five-star hotel sits on Roxas Boulevard, just minutes from Robinsons Place Mall, historic sites, and nightlife. There's a pool, a fitness centre, and Asian and international buffet options. Staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick. A good choice for business or leisure in Manila.

The restaurant staff were warm and the meals delicious. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable, and the hotel's central location makes it easy to reach historical landmarks and popular malls. Being close to the sea is a nice bonus, with the shore nearby for a relaxed walk. A lovely place to stay while relaxing or exploring.

We had Christmas buffet in the grand ballroom, with holiday favorites spread everywhere, carving stations serving juicy roasts, and a dessert table that looked gorgeous. Soft music completed the old holiday movie feeling. It was festive, refined, and a bit extra, just as it should be. Around the hotel, chandeliers glittered and the sweeping staircase practically invited a dramatic holiday entrance. The Christmas Day team stayed cheerful, attentive, and full of holiday spirit while the rest of us considered a third plate of ham. That was a real show of Filipino hospitality. The service was impeccable, and staff deserve extra pay and a box of fruitcake. Diamond Hotel Philippines gave us a holiday wrapped in luxury and nostalgia. Marble floors, gilded details, lobby lights, and warm smiles brought that old-school Manila elegance. It felt like a festive time machine. For a holiday with luxury and heartfelt service, Diamond Hotel delivers. The whole stay felt like a celebration, even if the staff might have been running on coffee and Christmas miracles.
