I really wanted to stay here, so I tried booking on the hotel's website, thinking a direct reservation would be better for them. It showed a failed reservation message and told me to try again. I did, got the same message, and ended up with no booking but two charges on my card. I emailed the hotel twice and heard nothing. Very disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend booking directly.

The room was nice, clean, and tidy, with good air conditioning, TV, and shower. The price was very affordable, and they serve a simple breakfast for free from around 5am. I booked two rooms online and paid bank to bank while I was in Africa so we'd have somewhere to stay when we got to Cebu. We also called the staff, and when our flight moved five days later, they had no problem changing our dates. They were very accommodating and seemed to put serving their clients ahead of the booking.

Getting checked out was quick, just like check-in, which was immediate and hassle-free. The room and CR were clean, and the aircon was nice and cold, but the shower and faucet both ran because the control to switch off the faucet and use only the shower was broken. The bed was firm, the sheets were really noisy, and the pillows went flat under your head, so none of us slept well. Breakfast came fast since it was precooked, and was decent, but there was only one set meal, with coffee or hot chocolate. This is THE place to stay if you have an exam with Misnet, since it's in the same building. Not the best hotel, but I guess it'll do if you don't have another option.

I rented five rooms for my family and was happy with them. They'd been updated recently and looked very nice, and for the price the bedding and towels were better than most. The location is close to SM and not too far from the Basilica. It's about a 20-minute drive to the airport, and there's a nearby bus terminal with service to Mactan airport.
