We stayed three days with my boyfriend. The price is cheap, it's clean, and the location is convenient, so those are good points. But the old bedding and blanket weren't comfortable to use, especially compared with how expensive and luxurious the hotel looks. Cleaning was slow too. We were out for four hours, but when we came back it still wasn't finished and we had to wait. The wifi didn't work well either. I hope they improve the bedding, blankets, wifi, and cleaning times before we visit again.

The staff were decent, and the wifi worked well. But there was no way to lock the washroom, which was disappointing. The location is good for walking around as a tourist, with Manila's main attractions close to the hotel and Robinson mall right across from the gate.

The staff were great, friendly, and helpful. I chose the place because it's across from the mall, though the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. If you're an inexperienced traveler, I'd go straight to the mall. The room could use some small fixes. Paint was peeling where tape had been pulled off, and it needed a bathroom mat. The hot water wasn't really very hot either.

The bed foam wasn't in good shape, and the linens and blankets looked very old. Parking was the bigger surprise: I booked through the app and requested on-site parking, but only found out when I arrived that spaces are limited and first come, first served. The lot was full, so I had to use paid parking nearby and pay 1k for two overnight stays.
