I only discovered this gem after six trips into Manila from the north, south, east, and west. Such a pity it took me that long. The room had everything I care about: it was clean and comfortable, with plenty of hot and cold water, clean towels, sheets, and pillowcases, and no strange smells. The air just smelled fresh. It was quiet too, with no noise from neighbors, honking trucks, or people yelling. The air conditioning is very basic, and may provide more ventilation than cooling, but I’m personally fine with that. I’m a solo female backpacker and felt safe walking alone in the neighborhood. I’m used to traveling in Asia, so the area doesn’t intimidate me. It’s next to Roxas Boulevard, with unique sunsets and many AUTHENTIC foot reflexologists and massage therapists along the boulevard. Korean Food Town and Robinsons are nearby too. Jeepneys to PITX or Divisoria Market in Chinatowm are two narrow streets away, past the petrol station. You need to transfer at Edsa, a three-minute walk away, but it costs next to nothing, so you’re always communicated and don’t need to spend a fortune on cabs. The thing that won me over was the honesty at reception. I hadn’t realized my room card key had slipped out of its plastic cover, my mistake, but the security guard kept it for me all day and handed it back when I came to my room. They could probably have charged me thousands of pesos for it. I’ll come back next year and definitely recommend the hotel if you’re tired of scams. Good luck, dear Ava, and take care of the sweet cats.

We’d never had a room and experience this good before. The castle theme was fun, and the karaoke and jacuzzi were great. There was plenty of hot water, the air-conditioning worked well, and everything was cleaner than we expected. It was quiet, too, with a 7 eleven and McDonald's nearby. Room service was excellent. The food arrived hot, covered in plastic, and came with plates, cutlery, condiments, and extra napkins. The staff were friendly and honest as well. My girl accidentally left her bag behind, and when we turned back for it, it was waiting for pickup with nothing missing. The whole place had the right vibe and service for us.

The stairs might be difficult for older guests with arthritis, rheumatism, or other joint problems. Otherwise, our short stay was pleasant. The place was clean and peaceful, and the guard gave us a kind, welcoming greeting. Breakfast could be delivered right to the room with a quick call, which felt private and was handy with kids. Grab orders were available too, so getting food was easy. The hotel's food starts at ₱300+, a little more expensive than Grab options, though the service made up for it. It’s also close to the stadium for conferences and Manila Zoo. We had a good stay.

The food was AMAZING, and room service was great. My fiance and I found this place to be a real hidden treasure that won't break the bank. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Kath at the front desk. She made the whole stay stress free. I was looking for a hot tub and a place where smoking was permitted, and this had both. One thing for the owners, hand towels really should be provided. Thanks, Kath, for being incredible. Much love ❤️ from us too you. We're coming back in 2 weeks, and I can't wait to use the hot tub again.

The staff and service were A+ for me, and booking the room online went smoothly. I was glad I called to check there was still a room before reserving, since hotels near the Quirino Grandstand could have sold out on the date we were going. This hotel wasn't super near the area, but I'd definitely come back when we visit Manila. Thank you for the great experience! ❤️
