The staff are warm and super friendly, and it's quiet with great access to Robertson Mall. Great hotel, and definitely my pick when I'm in Manila.

We had a great time here as a family, and the friendly staff were always accommodating. Our room and bed were kept clean every day and were nice. There was a water heater and exhaust fan in the bathroom, plus a refrigerator and electric water heater. The TV kept the kids entertained, though the internet speed was below average. Free water was available in the hallway, and we could borrow a microwave. We'll definitely stay here again if we need a place in Metro Manila.

On my first visit, I felt it was worth the price. It's near luneta park, and they gave me a discount as a Methodist. The staff were friendly and the accommodation was good.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel since I was a little kid, for vacations, events, conventions, church activities, and more. I've also stayed at Manila and NCR's five-star hotels countless times and experienced almost all they have to offer, but this place means the most to me. It's probably my favorite hotel of all the ones I've stayed in.
