There aren’t really amenities here, so it’s mostly a place to rest or hang out indoors. I do wish they had a playroom or game room for kids. The location is close to Manila attractions, and the room was spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, though the mattress was very firm. The price was reasonable. Cafe K had delicious food and drinks, but the breakfast buffet had limited choices. The minibar items were quite expensive, although outside food is allowed.

The staff were so nice, and the rooms were clean and comfortable to be in. Warm lighting, wood furniture, and mirrors give the hotel an elegant, welcoming feel, with the mirrors making the space seem bigger.

It was only a short stay, but everything went smoothly and felt worry-free. We had a tight schedule, with a late check-in and an early check-out, and the staff made the process easy. They were very accommodating with our requests.

The loft-type room we booked was in a separate residential building, not the main hotel, and we hadn’t been properly told about that beforehand. We also expected a pool, but the hotel doesn’t have one. On top of that, we paid for an extra bed that never arrived, so the stay was more uncomfortable. They charged us for our 7-year-old even though their own policy says children can stay free using existing bedding. That felt misleading and unfair. The lack of transparency, poor service, and unmet expectations made this a frustrating experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The friendly staff were quick to help and made us feel welcome. Our rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the warm hospitality and prompt service.
