They charge way too much for water, about three times the usual bill. The first month’s bill seemed fine, then the next one was 700 pesos, even though there’s no washing machine and only two of us live in the unit. We stopped washing our clothes by hand and started using a laundry service, expecting the water bill to drop, but then they hit us with a 1,000 peso bill 😆 There’s a false sense of security. The building has a gate and fingerprint doors, but the lobby door is always open, so anyone can enter without permission from the caretaker. When you move out, they charge you for everything. There was a tiny tear from using their kobre kama, and they charged us the full price, lmao. P.S. If you’re the owner or building administration, please look into your staff. They’re definitely skimming the water bill and security deposit.
