The gym is very good, but the place has far too many cockroaches around. It’s not great.

I had to switch rooms three times because each one had a problem, like cable trouble or no hot water. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, and I was very disappointed. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and I had to go into the hallway to connect, where it still might not work. There’s no breakfast, lunch, or dinner offered. They don’t provide washcloths, and the maids only clean if you request service. If you don’t ask, the room won’t be cleaned. The staff seemed lazy. Now you’ve been warned.

We booked through the Agoda app, but when we got to the area, the hotel was no longer operating. A guard at the EGI building said it had been closed for two years. We still haven’t been able to get our payment refunded, and the Agoda team keeps insisting the hotel is active. Please don’t book here, you could lose your money.
