The staff responded quickly when we asked for room service, though I think they may have limited manpower. Security guards were professional and courteous, and they provide two bottles of water. There’s a ₱50 charge for outside food deliveries. We arrived around 3:00 PM, an hour after the 2:00 PM check-in time, but still waited about another hour because our room wasn’t ready. The hotel is old, and its hallways felt dim and gloomy. Noise from jeepneys, motorcycles, and even ambulances on the main road carried into the night. The toilet flush was weak and difficult to use. It’s manageable for a very short stay.

The room was spacious, with a couch, TV, and lots of storage, and I wished our two-night visit had lasted longer. Security stood out: guards and staff let each other know when guests entered or left, and they always helped us with parking. The busy road outside is noisy, with vehicles and horns during the day, so it’s not a quiet stay. Our downsides were slow WiFi, which was slower than our mobile data, shower temperatures that kept changing, and a ₱50 corkage fee for every outside food delivery.

For a budget stay, this is a comfortable, simple place to rest. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s conveniently close to LRT V. Mapa station.

The six-hour rate didn’t feel worth it to me. We’ve tried other jacuzzis with stronger pressure, and here the food took almost an hour to arrive after we ordered, even though it was part of their promo.

At Town and Country Hotel, V. Mapa, the rooms were spacious, clean, and a relaxing place to unwind after a long day. The staff were friendly and efficient, so everything felt easy. I had a comfortable stay.
