I stayed here a few times between 2011 and 2015 while we rented out our condo to Airbnb, and I'm looking forward to coming back. The black painted Vigan tiles in the lobby were cool, and there's an amazing restaurant beside the huge, beautiful pool.

Our bed was even bigger than a king, which made up for the double room not having the bathtub it was advertised with. The stay was fine and worth what we paid. The building clearly shows its age, and the room needs a proper clean: there were cobwebs and filthy dirt under the bed and side tables. Staff were helpful when I needed help with my luggage lock. The hot water pressure needs to be stronger.

The bed was comfortable, and the restaurant served decent food, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I stayed at the start and end of my travels, and neither room was good. The first felt like a basement, with threadbare sheets. The second was horrendous, as the photos show: unclean, badly worn, and in need of repairs. I was beside the laundry office and the walkie talkies kept going all night. The walls are ridiculously thin. I could hear the person next door put their keys down on a table. The hotel's official photos don't match the reality, and it wasn't worth the money.

The room was nice and clean, and housekeeping always greeted me with a good morning or hi. When the A/C started leaking, they fixed it right away. The front desk also helped when I needed a phone charger and suggested trying the mall. I got a ride there and to see the sights with tour Gide named Sandy, who did a great job. I had to leave early and the hotel charged me one night, which I was okay with. All in all, I had a great stay and would come back. Thank you Oasis.

The staff were pleasant and accommodating overall, especially when I asked for toiletries or fresh covers. Room service was quick and the food looked good. We also dined in, and everyone was nice. I have no complaints about the food or service, and both the Italian and Filipino dishes were great. We booked a superior room for three days that was described as having a refrigerator and bathtub. When we arrived, the fridge had been removed and we had to rent one for 100 pesos a day. The mosquitoes in the room, dim lighting, and covers were disappointing. They need to deal with the mosquitoes.
