Algers Suites

The WiFi was either unavailable or so slow it was barely usable, and we weren't properly told about many of the hotel rules until penalties were being imposed. That felt unfair and misleading. The staff, including some maintenance workers, were difficult to approach and treated us poorly. Management also pushed us to pay a very high extra fee for a “make-up room,” even though only the bride and our parents needed one. The whole experience gave us the impression that profit mattered more than guests. I regret ignoring the negative reviews I had read. We won't recommend this hotel to family or friends, and we're not coming back.

The guard was especially helpful, always polite and ready with directions or anything that helped us feel safe and comfortable. Our room was clean and cozy too, and the rest of the staff were friendly. It made for an easy, pleasant stay.

We were so comfortable in the clean, cozy room that the bed nearly talked us into ditching our plans. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. We'd stay here again, assuming we can manage to get out of bed next time! 😄

Getting around was easy from this location. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable, and the polite staff were always willing to help. It felt welcoming from the start, and I'd be happy to come back.
