For the price, the room is okay and has the basic things you need. The heater works well, but there’s no escalator or elevator, and the area outside the room was a bit dusty. There’s no air conditioning outside the rooms. At 7am checkout, the lobby attendant wasn’t there, so we had to wait to get our 1k-per-room deposit back.

My vacation was ruined after one night here. There were ants everywhere, and I found bed bugs in the sheets and mattress. By morning, I had bites on my legs and feet and ended up in the hospital with an infection I got during the stay. I couldn’t reach anyone until morning and had nowhere to go. Even so, they charged me a two-day cancellation fee. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. This place was a nightmare.

The location is great, but our stay wasn’t. We arrived late at night and there was no reception, only the guard, who was friendly and accommodating. The bed shook while we were there. I’m not sure if trucks passing by caused it. Then, early in the morning, drilling from the hotel’s ongoing construction woke us up. It was annoying.

The map pin is wrong. Search for "Doña Isafel Building III" instead. It’s beside SM Pampanga, right by the Car Park Exit. We stayed one night without expecting much. The room was clean and decent, though small, and okay for the price. The bed, pillows, and blankets could be better. Ants made it into our room and even reached the bed, while the Wi-Fi signal barely reached us and was slow. The front desk, housekeeping, and security guard were all warm and friendly. The gated car park behind the building was a real plus, and our car felt very secure. I’d stay here again if I’m in SF Pampanga, since the location is perfect.
