What stood out positively was the staff, especially the guard on duty, who was attentive and welcoming. Thank you for the hospitality. The rest of the stay was unpleasant and disappointing. It was extremely noisy, and there were no towels ready in the room, so we had to ask for them. The room was very dusty, and the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. Soap residue was visible on the walls and windows, and there were strands of hair on the dirty floor. It felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. I expected better preparation and cleanliness, and hope management takes this seriously and improves housekeeping.

The front desk person was efficient, so check-in and checkout were both quick. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant smell. My room was tidy, the Wi-Fi was decent, and the bed, pillows, and comforter were comfortable. The small refrigerator worked great.
