Oia Suites

We loved our stay at Oiá Suites and would happily come back. The staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help, and the place was modern, spotless, and carefully maintained. It was also quiet and peaceful, with a good location for relaxing. We rented a scooter there for about 400 pesos a day, which made exploring easy. They can also arrange tours, including the Kawasan Falls excursion and other activities around Moalboal. Free transport to and from the accommodation was a great help.

The complete kitchen was a highlight for us, since it made cooking our own meals easy. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the peaceful, quiet atmosphere made the vacation even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay.

The main thing that makes me book a place is cleanliness, and I’d gladly stay here again. The CR was so clean, and the newly built place was quiet and very clean throughout. There’s a front desk for check-in, a fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook, and Netflix on the TV. The room is for two, with a huge bed, and you can request an extra bed for more people. It’s about a 3-5 minute drive from the main road. The location isn’t right on that road, but that wasn’t a problem with a motorcycle or car, and you might be able to get a tricycle on the way in.

I stayed for 25 nights and was sad to leave. Migue is the best owner I’ve had. She bought me a drying rack and a basin when I needed them, and helped with advice on cleaning my clothes after I met a stray dog. We even had a family dinner with guests invited. I can’t imagine a better place in Moalboal. The place is new, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen guests can use, good water pressure, hot water, and a wardrobe. There’s also free pickup from the bus station near Jollibee. There’s a small beach three minutes away. According to the Tides app, swimming is possible above 1.3-1.5m, and snorkeling from 1.1m up. There are lots of starfish and turtles. When it’s too shallow, use coral shoes, as there are some sea urchins a bit deeper. To reach the beach, go to the gate of Casa de Moalboal, then follow the wall on the right with the wall on your left. I recommend renting a scooter here too. They’re new, and one Honda ADV 160 had just 5000km mileage, smooth amortization that seemed custom, a lovely motor sound, and good brakes. It helped a lot on the bad roads and cost less than at other places. Wishing you all the best as you grow the business. The Philippines really needs service like this.
