The inn is in brgy Tiza, outside the city center but close to the public market and sports stadium. It seems to attract mostly people looking for a short-time stay, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you want to enjoy your time in Roxas City. The bed is small and the sheets are stained. There’s no shower, and the toilet doesn’t flush. The cook smokes inside the property, and I couldn’t be sure the food was clean because the handlers smoked in the food prep area and wore no gloves or hair nets. The front desk staff member didn’t speak the dialect, which made communication difficult.

We asked for breakfast at 5:30, and I was surprised that it arrived 15 minutes early. Usually service comes right on time or half an hour later, but ours showed up while we were still asleep ❤ When we went out for dinner at night, the staff even found a tricycle for us. Really good customer service ☺

For 700peso, this is a cheap hotel. There’s no window, but it’s still a better place to stay. You can keep your bicycle in the room.
