The central location, nice staff, good cable TV, and budget rate of 800pesos a night were the only real positives. We stayed two nights and barely slept. The AC didn't get cold even at its highest setting, and the old bed, pillow, and torn pillowcase were uncomfortable. Toiletries weren't included, and we had to buy them at reception. Even toilet paper cost 25pesos. There was no complimentary water or dispenser, the WiFi kept cutting in and out, and there were lots of ants. Management should keep the facilities maintained.

The host was very accommodating, and the meals were truly budget-friendly and nicely prepared. The rooms were nice, but they need fresh air now and then. The CR could use an upgrade too, since the water flow wasn't proper. I'd come back if my first choice is fully booked.

For 699php/night, the basic Double Room with AC and hot shower was clean and quiet. WiFi reached the room, though it was a little slower there than in the lobby. The food seemed alright, but vegetarians didn't have many options. The mango shake was good at 35php. Shops, restaurants, the river, and the center were all within walking distance, and a tricycle from the hotel to the airport cost only 70php. Had a good stay.

The host was accommodating and the room and CR were good, but there was no spare towel or soap. The air conditioner was very noisy, the TV was partly damaged, and there was no WiFi. Thank you for the service!

The location was great, with restaurants nearby, and the service was okay. But the room had broken lights, the TV didn't work, and the CR door was broken. It also looked like the mattress hadn't been changed: when I first sat down, there was rice on it.
