OYO 771 Darius' Residences (Vaccinated Staff)

The bed is big, the aircon works well, and the curtains are good. It’s quiet, with a small table. Internet runs at 50 mbps, though the router drops out on a schedule at 4am.

The room is nicer and much cheaper than other hotels nearby. They also offer free coffee and use of the kitchen amenities.

Clean, comfortable rooms with good AC and a quiet atmosphere, all for a very fair price. I stayed two nights in two different rooms and would have stayed longer, but the place was sold out. It currently goes by YOO Hotel. It has also had the names OYO 771 and Darius Residences. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. They rent out nice motorbikes pretty quickly, and you can pick the kind of helmet you want. There’s a shared kitchen with a big fridge, gas grill, chairs, and tables. The hotel is next to a mall, with several nice restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Budget-friendly and worth every peso!

For P800, the room for two was a nice deal given how accessible the location is. It’s right beside Gaisano Town Center, and Panagsama beach is about a 15-minute motorcycle ride away. The attendants kindly let us leave our things hours before check-in. Our room was clean and spacious enough for two, and the wifi was stable and fast. I’d suggest giving the shared kitchen and the aquarium at the back a deep clean. Still, it was a great experience, and I’d book again on our next visit to Moalboal.
