OYO 777 RN Guesthouse

Rico and his family are wonderful hosts. They gave us a clean, tidy, spacious room with a brand new, super quiet AC, and even rented us scooters that were almost new and in excellent condition. They also shared good advice about where to eat and go. There was free drinking water, plus a fridge and kettle in the common area. Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. Only downside was the neighbours' very loud roosters. Bring earplugs.

We arrived at midnight, and the owners stayed up to get us settled, which we really appreciated. They were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. It's a 15-minute walk from the bus. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The shower could be hot or cold, everything was very clean, and the Wi-Fi was good. Free drinking water, breakfast available on the property, and cute dogs too. We rented a scooter from them for 400 pesos a day. A great stay overall!

We booked canyoneering at the last minute through the guesthouse, and they arranged it quickly at a great price, with transport included. It made the whole thing stress-free. I think they offer other activities too, so it's worth asking. They also have scooters to rent, or they'll call a tricycle anytime if you'd rather not drive. The location is right in the heart of Moalboal, close to everything. It's an easy walk of about 20 minutes from the bus stop, and a bit farther the other way to the beach. After a long day out, it was handy to be able to buy coffee, cans of pop, and alcohol on-site. Rooms have air conditioning and a fan. And the dogs deserve a mention, especially adorable Opai! 🐶 From arrival, the staff were so welcoming, and the relaxed, friendly atmosphere made it easy to settle in. We had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moalboal.

The owners were incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us. We had a great time here. The rooms were perfect, and we enjoyed playing cards around the table at night. The location is good, and you can hire mopeds to explore the island. The owners can also arrange excursions and taxis.
