The quarantine rules set by the Phillipines Government are good, but priority groups need to be considered. Keeping a pregnant woman in a room for three or four days with no balcony or even a window can make someone sick mentally and physically. I’d challenge anyone to experience that themselves. We asked several times to change rooms, but nobody cared. The two phone numbers listed on your Facebook Page don’t work, so there’s no way to reach out that way either. The lack of flexibility and very slow response deserve less than half a star.

Conveniently in the middle of everything, and the water was cool. The place was good, but there’s no fridge. When you leave, the power cuts off, so it’s hot when you get back.

The hospitality management is good, and the kind staff assist everyone in a respectful way. They even provided HALAL FOOD FOR MUSLIM. I recommend this hotel ❤️
