The hotel felt peaceful, clean, and comfortable for families, and my baby enjoyed the atmosphere. Behind the Subic Grand Harbour Hotel there’s a beach area where we could safely get some sunlight for the baby, which was a big plus. We stayed one night and had a really nice experience. The price was reasonable, especially with the breakfast buffet included. It felt safe, the staff were accommodating, and the stay was worth it. Right on the seafront, this hotel is dated but well kept. Breakfast was decent, the pool was there, and the staff were well trained. I was happy to learn that one of the owners was my schoolmate, and I’ll be glad to bring more business in the future. Probably one of the best places to stay on the base.

There’s a beachfront with a good view of Subic Bay, plus a pool and an event space on the fourth floor. Parking is limited, but overall it’s a very nice resort.

The second room they moved us to was quiet and nice, with a harbor view. At check-in, make sure your room doesn’t face the city or road, since the karaoke bar across from the hotel gets very loud from 6 p.m. until 1 a.m. We’d paid for the room and another Php3k for our Pomeranian, so we asked to be moved to a quieter room and they did. Breakfast was good, and the hotel location was good too.

We were excited about staying here because it’s pet friendly, but the pet policy wasn’t clear. They charged more than the amount we’d been told, saying prices had changed for peak season without informing us beforehand. 3k per night was honestly too much. We were also assigned a room beside housekeeping, and it was really loud.
