I booked a balcony room looking out over the pool and beach, and sitting there at sunset was lovely. The room was clean, with a decent warm shower, minibar, air conditioning, fan, and enough outlets. The price was brilliant, especially for a place right on the beach. There’s a pool bar open all night with good light snacks, plus another pleasant bar that stays open until 11:00 p.m. The staff there were friendly and attentive, and you can order food at either. The food was good too. The Australian theme is there without being overdone. Angel handled my booking, and she and the rest of the team were so helpful. I can’t think of anything to complain about. Great facilities and value, and I’d make a point of staying here again. The crew do a wonderful job.

The staff were very accommodating, and I was lucky to meet Martin, the welcoming owner. It’s a relaxing place with nice amenities and a perfect spot for the family. Looking forward to coming back!

The fried chicken was golden brown outside but bloody inside. They don’t seem to know how to cook it properly, and I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I didn’t like this hotel, and a few things bothered me. When we arrived, they said we weren’t allowed to bring in or order food from outside. The room had black bedding and pillows, which made it hard to tell if they were clean. I was itching while I slept. Also, the key is attached to the power card, so when you leave to swim in the hot summer, the electricity cuts and you come back to a hot room. In my opinion, this is just to save a few pesos on electricity and shows little respect for customers’ judgment. I’d give the place 6 out of 10.
