At 4k, it was far too expensive for what we got, and not worth the price. Breakfast would've been better as a buffet. No wonder no one seems to be staying here, I'm not surprised.

The live music from the bar next door makes this a bad choice if you want a quiet night's sleep. It's in a busy area. But if you enjoy live music, the location could suit you, and it's convenient for plenty of good restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious enough for two double beds, and alright. The service staff and front desk were very helpful.

The staff were amazing and clearly doing their best with what they had, but the rest of our stay was uncomfortable. After traveling four hours, we were hoping to get some restful sleep. Instead, the rooms were filthy and dusty. We asked three times for stained sheets to be changed, and they couldn't find extra sheets, so honestly we aren't sure we got clean ones. The common areas were dirty too. The breakfast area and its amenities were filthy and poorly kept. The bathroom sink leaked and the drain was blocked. Maintenance came right away, but it took hours to fix, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Some room sockets didn't work; the ones that did were exposed and seemed to be an electrocution risk. We had to ask for an extension cord to charge our devices. We were charged P4600 for an executive room, which they described as a discounted rate. They said that meant we couldn't get a senior citizen discount. Online, we found a lower rate. When we asked for the senior discount, they said they'd calculate it using P6700, a rate that isn't even published online. Is that policy legally compliant? We were told these issues had been raised with management a few times before, but nothing seemed to get through to them. I'm calling the Department of Tourism to inspect the hotel for health and safety issues, verify that its charges are correct and not misleading consumers. In my view, it doesn't comply with the Consumer Protection Act and may be violating other regulations.

There's parking for about eight cars, and it's within walking distance of restaurants, with a 711 right next door. The staff are nice, and the hotel is a little dated. Our ocean view was blocked by coconut trees. The rooftop pool was nice and stayed open until 10 pm. The air conditioning in our room, 310, didn't really cool it down.
