The room was inexpensive but perfectly alright, with big beds and decent fittings. The service also left a good impression during our two-night Subic visit. The route to the rooms is exposed, which could be handy if you're travelling by car, though the shower pressure could be better. A reasonable option for the area.

The air conditioner was pretty loud on our first night and made it hard to fall asleep, but turning the airflow down to 2 bars helped. Otherwise we found Horizon Hotel comfortable, with a clean, nice-smelling room, fast internet and strong Wi-Fi. The Android TV had internet access, and breakfast was good, with a bigger-than-usual platter. We arrived an hour before the 2:00 pm check-in on July 10, 2024, and the receptionist let us in early, so we didn't have to wait. The staff were helpful and accommodating.

Right next to harbour pointe mall, so the location is handy. The rooms are really nice, with private parking garages and 24-hour security for each one, and breakfast is excellent too. Around 2k pesos when I wrote this, which felt like good value.

The stay was average. Our room was decent and clean with hot water, though a bit dated, which is about what you'd expect for the low price. We paid $45 for one night. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, royal duty free and The Light House. Free breakfast is included, and there's 24 Hour Korean Food. The restaurant was understaffed and service ran a little slow.
