Oslob Malonzo Pension House

The owners were welcoming and lovely, and gave us useful tips about things to do in the area. They also helped us rent a scooter. In the evenings, there's an all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ where you cook the meat yourself on a grill at the table. The place is near downtown, with an easy scooter ride to shops and diving spots. It was a good stay, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting somewhere safe, clean, and comfortable in Oslob.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the nightly Korean BBQ. We had a wonderful stay with my father, and the staff were all lovely. We're especially grateful to our host Eva and her husband. When my elderly father was setting off on his own, they made sure he got on the right bus safely. That gave me a lot of peace of mind for the rest of our trip. A cosy place with a caring, family feel.

The staff checked in on me regularly since I was travelling alone, and even offered hot water for my morning tea. The tea was good, too. They don't serve breakfast, but there is unlimited dinner for two hours. The room was spacious enough, with clean sheets, and the toilet and bath were well maintained. A homy, quaint place to stay. It's close to the road, so traffic noise might bother you, though there aren't many vehicles around.
