The mattress was easily the best part of the room. The rest of it felt worn out, with things already falling apart or close to it, so the rooms need a serious checkup. The location in the middle of town is great, and internet access is available on every floor. With better rooms, this would be a place worth staying.

For 820PHP, about €15, this is a decent, affordable spot for one night in central Ozamiz. The room is small, but the Wi-Fi and AC both work. The bathroom has a surprisingly unevenly installed toilet, though the place is still good enough for the price.

The building and interiors are fairly ordinary, but the price makes this a good deal, especially with promotions starting at 575 php for two adults and a child in a matrimonial bed. I also had some of the best customer service I've experienced, the staff were incredibly friendly. The internet was fast enough for me to hold a Skype meeting without trouble. It's right in the city, with banks, inexpensive grocery shops, small malls, bakeries, Ukayukay, restaurants, and the big wet market all within walking distance. The park and port are about two minutes away. The bus terminal is close too, or you can take a motorsikad for 15php per person.

The room is tight on space, though the bed is large. It has cable TV and a shower in the CR. On our later visit and check-in, we still slept well: the queen-size bed was comfortable, the aircon worked well, and the shower was okay. Space is still the main drawback. It’s a nice budget place, and I hope they can make the rooms bigger.
