It's right in the city, close to Robinsons Mall, and works well for trainings and seminars. The rooms are clean, though on the small side. Staff and management are quick to respond, and the service is great.

The room was fine for what it cost. The complimentary breakfast came out cold, though.

Check-in was extremely late, past 6 PM, and the keycard didn't work. The room was very small, and the customer service was poor.

We came on a recommendation and were even considering this place for our wedding reception, but the reception fixtures were broken, the chairs were rusty, and the online photos didn't match what we found. There were three cockroaches in our room. They moved us, which was kind of them, but the next room had ants instead. The toilet leaked and was hard to flush. Live shows blasted into the room until 2-3 AM. If you're after a quiet night's sleep without bugs or a leaking toilet, don't stay here.

I've been here several times for events, including graduations and birthdays. The ventilation is good, and the restrooms are clean.
