The hotel is central, so it was easy to get around and reach everything. Nights weren't too noisy, and they provided earplugs, which was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms, bathroom, and toilet were clean and well organized. One letdown was that the washed bedsheets still had visible stains. We had a good stay overall, thanks in large part to the location and kind staff.

We'd come back. The staff were always nice and ready to help, and the room was small but had enough space for two people. It's in a perfect spot near El Nido's ferry terminal, pubs, cafes, and shops. Noise can be an issue, as it is at other places nearby, but they provide useful earplugs.

The new bathroom was lovely, and the staff were really nice and helpful. We only stayed one night, but rented a motorbike through the hotel for the rest of our time in El Nido. The employees were very professional, unlike a different company we'd used in the days before. The only downside was that the WiFi worked outside the room but not inside.

After freshening up for about 1.5hrs, I came back in better clothes and smiling, and the same receptionist told me they did have a room available. Earlier, I'd stopped by after island hopping to find somewhere to stay. I was wearing slippers and a sando, carrying my dry bag, and probably looked tired and exhausted. The receptionist and the man she was speaking with said there were no rooms until March, even though online it showed availability. I was disappointed and annoyed by the experience. I said I'd return with my friends, but I didn't. It's frustrating to feel judged by what you're wearing, especially by another Filipino. You can definitely do better.
