The beds were comfortable, the appliances worked, and the long, narrow pool was in perfect shape. The place is well maintained, and breakfast was included in a very competitive price. The only thing to mention is the neighbor’s construction noise during the day, as of the end of July 2022. That’s temporary and not Tequila Cove’s fault.

I came to tequila cove for the fish tacos and they were worth it: three generous pieces for a fair price, with quick service. The guacamole was spot on too. The chicken tacos had the same mayo-coleslaw filling as the fish ones. Personally, I’d have preferred lots of pico instead of mayo in those. The margarita was good, and I’ll come back to try the huevos rancheros and other menu items.

We had a filling, really tasty Mexican breakfast at this comfortable new resort in Panglao. The Huevos Rancheros and Southwest Quesadillas were both great. I'd like to come back and try more of the menu.

The food was just okay, and we waited an hour and a half before everyone had their meal. They also changed the food because avocado and feta weren't available, but the waitress hadn't told us first. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. It felt like a big scam. Don't eat here.

We came back for a second meal, and the Mexican burgers were delicious. The beef steak and pulled pork burrito were tasty too. We'll definitely eat here again.
