I’ve lived here for 8 months. It’s a good place, especially if you want to be near the airport, Baclaran market, and MOA. The condos are good, but not every room is, so if you’re renting, make sure you ask them to clean it first. Some have an antonio, though that’s the owner’s problem. The cleaners do a good job with the shared areas, and the elevators are always cleaned. Maintenance is good and management is good too. Rents are expensive, and mostly Chinese people live here, so if you have money to buy a unit, it could be worth it for passive income. You can adjust the rental rate to get more clients. Hope the rooms keep improving. Have a good day!

Easy and convenient location, with friendly staff and security that stays alert.

It looks nice at first, but it used to be a POGO hub and I eventually found out about the ugly side within the PMO. The manager and staff have an old-fashioned, toxic style. They don’t teach properly, but hand off a lot of work, so you have to figure everything out yourself or they mock you. There are small cockroaches in every corner.
